WorkOutch is a web-based application that enables its users to share exercises and workouts based on personal experience, professional advice and/or training knowledge. All information can be shared, liked, commented, and rated.

WorkOutch is a free of charge service that allows users to share and post information as much as they find necessary.
To post an exercise the following criteria must be completed: exercise name, photo, primarily engaged muscle group, performance intensity and category/purpose (balance, strength, endurance, flexibility). Text and video guidance are optional.
All exercises are accessible through key word search and can be filtered by type characteristics. The filter button is on the top left corner of the main menu.
In the Storage Rack users can save exercises and group them in a workout session by using WorkOutch’s workout creation form.
First, select a number of exercises you find sufficient. Then, add them in the Storage Rack where you can use the workout creation form to choose the structure for your workout. Finally, you need to complete and confirm the workout form to post the workout on the website.
Yes, all data on the website is available to its users.
Yes, all exercises and workouts must feature description and guidance to ensure correct activities performance and prevent injuries during the training.
No, users are not required to add exercises for pre-training warm up (prepare) and cooldown between different exercises. In case you don’t want to add prepare and/or cooldown exercises, please fill the boxes with 0 (zero).
The Circuit Workout is a form of body conditioning or Endurance training/resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. All exercises can be performed by repetitions (Reps), for time (Interval) and to failure.
The Set workout consists of a specified number of exercises executed in sequence where each exercise is performed a specified number of times. All exercises can be performed by repetitions (Reps), for time (Interval) and to failure.
The Time Workout uses specified time intervals to perform a specified number of exercises. All exercises are performed in sequence.
Such event will not impact the structure and visibility of your workout. However, the name and access of the deleted exercise will be suspended.
